In 2014, we started mentoring CEOs and founder teams from life science, device and healthcare application companies. We found a compelling need for better product-market fit and go-to-market support. We became excited about launching a platform and professional services that were affordable, efficient and tied to evidence-based practices.
We wanted a framework that spoke to the GTM process and product-market fit. We needed to promote a shared understanding between our clients and advisors for effective commercialization strategies. We found we could apply MIT and Stanford’s proven commercialization methodologies to healthcare and make a real difference for our clients. And it worked!
Since the early days, we've worked with over a hundred CEOs and teams to create compelling, winning pitches and evidence-based financial plans to raise money at Health 2.0, Mass Challenge and incubators. We’ve advised dozens of companies ranging from growth to large enterprises on commercialization. Today, we also conduct workshops on commercialization.
To give back, we raise thousands of dollars from our work for high impact community service organizations.
